The solid aluminum housing is easily installed on a wall or under eaves so it can be quickly installed in front of windows, on your porch, gazebo, or any other outdoor structure. Motorized versions comes with a 5 channel remote control enabling the operation of several shades.

Measuring & Installing
- Multiple Shades come in increments of 6 inches, from 3′ to 15′. The fabric is about 3 inches less than the total housing width. Measure the space where you want to put your Multiple Shade.
- The dimension ordered is the full width of the housing.
- The housing is 5,5″ high by 4,5″ deep and the bracket is 3,5 inches long. Make sure you have at least 3,5″ of flat surface to install the brackets but you will also need to make sure that you have enough unobstructed space for the housing itself. The mounting brackets are universal and can be mounted on walls or under eaves or a ceilings.
- Make sure you have space down the sides of your installation area where you can install the small brackets that keep the cables taut. These brackets can be installed on the ground or on a wall or door jamb. The cables are approximately 10’4″ long.
- Decide if you want the motor of your Motorized Multiple Shade on the right or the left end. The side is always decided when outside, looking in at the house or gazebo. The cord is 15′ and plugs into an approved GFI outlet.
Warranty
This Warranty applies only to the original purchaser who paid for the product and may not be assigned or transferred to subsequent owners.
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the manufacturer will furnish replacements for parts found by the manufacturer to be defective in design, manufacture or assembly, under each specific component or product warranty as set forth below.
Before any claims may be made under this Warranty, the original purchaser must have paid in full for the product covered under the Warranty. If the purchaser has failed to make full payments for the product, this warranty shall be nullified. The purchaser agrees and acknowledges that this Warranty agreement constitutes an executory contract.
The purchaser must use care in installation, maintenance, operation, use, and storage of the product in accordance with the instructions contained in the owner's manual (Installation manual) or the Web Site. Any failure to install, maintain, operate, use and store the product in accordance with the instructions contained in the owner's manual will nullify this warranty and relieve the manufacturer from any responsibility or liability under this warranty.
The purchaser may be required to provide one or more photographs of any defective parts. The purchaser must obtain a return authorization form from the manufacturer customer service department prior to the return of any merchandise and after having received such authorization, return the part or product, freight prepaid, to the manufacturer.
he Warranty applies when normal usage conditions are respected. Please note that retractable products should not be used under winter conditions.
Retractable products are not designed to support heavy winds, accumulation of water, snow or ice. If you don’t respect such conditions, you may observe damages to components or failure of the product integrity, as well as potential body injuries.
The wind sensor, installed only on motorised retractable, is not considered as a device that totally prevents failures from wind breakages, or accumulation of water, snow or ice. A power failure would prevent the wind sensor from closing automatically the awning.
NEVER LEAVE YOUR AWNING IN THE OPEN POSITION WITHOUT PROPER SURVEILLANCE.
STRUCTURAL SUPPORTS They include the lateral arms, the back casing, the front bar and all other attached supports and cables - warranted for five (5) years
ROLLER BAR The roller tube is warranted for five (5) years against all damage including cracking and permanent bowing that would affect the performance of the awning.
ACRYLIC FABRIC Warranted for a prorated ten (10) years against excessive fading under normal conditions if maintained, operated, used, and stored in accordance with the instructions contained in the owner's manual. The fabric sewing and soldering is warranted for a period of one year.
MESH AND SCREENS For the MultiShade or Mosquiteria, the mesh or screens are warranted for 5 years against any fading. The fabric sewing and soldering is warranted for a period of one year.
GEAR MECHANISM (Manual Model only) is warranted for five (5) years
ELECTRIC MOTOR (Motorized Model only) is warranted for five (5) years
