- Choose the shape of your new solarium. The standard shape of a solarium is a Lean-to but there are other shapes.
- What size solarium will fit in your space. Take rough measurements at this time, maximum width, maximum length and where you want your doorway(S). Map out your new Solarium based on the chosen shape.
- Determine the projection from your dwelling , the height and the width that fits your space.
- Determine if you want your solarium to be attached to a wall or under the soffit.
- Talk to your local municipality to determine how to obtain a building permit and what is involved.
- Look through our Solarium Design Gallery page and pick a solarium that gets you excited. The pictures are numbered for easy reference. This is your solarium so you get to choose how it will look .
- Built with high quality materials that allow you to design your very own Solarium. It will fit in your space and have the curb appeal that you desire. Standard sizes for solariums are 12' x 20', 12' x 12', 16' x 20', 10' x 14', 10' x 12', 10' x 8', 8' x 12', 12' x 18'.
- Advise us of any special features and materials you prefer. choose a tint, clear, smoky gray and bronze. Frame colours are Black, White, Brown, grey and kaki(Beige).

Based on your measurements and selected style we prepare a drawing. Once the drawing is approved and your payment has been received it takes 6-8 weeks to manufacture your new solarium and have it shipped right to your door.
